COVID-19 OPERATIONAL POLICY MUST READ

Please work with us in preventing the spread of this virus. At this time, we are not allowing customers to wait for services. It is by drop-off appointments only. You must wear a face mask before entering our building and adhere to safe social distancing guidelines of 6ft or more. Please keep in mind that orders are being delayed at random, so shipment times vary. If you are trying on gear, we ask that you limit how many items you try on. We also ask that you refrain from trying something on unless you are in the market to purchase new gear. We have always kept our shop clean and will continue to take every step necessary to prevent the spread of this virus.

How It Works

Our motorcycles are rented through a motorcycle sharing platform called, Rider Share. Everything is managed through them using their phone app. This makes booking a rental and making a payment for our motorcycle rentals quick and painless. It is very similar to booking an Air BnB or a hotel only with motorcycles. These are our personal motorcycles that we ride daily and use to get to work so we do ask that you treat them kindly and bring them back in one piece.

Eligibility

In order for you to rent a motorcycle, you must have a motorcycle license and be 21 or older. The license can be from any state within the U.S. and some other foreign country licenses are accepted. You will need to register an account with Rider Share. A background check may be processed when you create an account with them. We use them for both our safety and yours, to make sure our bikes are in good hands, and they provide the insurance coverage for you.

Length of Rental

You can rent for as long as you’d like! In fact, it is encouraged to rent for multiple days in order to get a daily rental discount. There are mileage restrictions on how many miles you can go in a day. Those restrictions vary by bike. If you do go over the mileage restriction there will be a 50 cent per mile charged at the end of your rental period.

Insurance

Insurance is included in your daily rate! Coverage is provided for you through Rider Share. You are still required to pay a deductible in the event of an accident. There are options for you to purchase levels of coverage which could lower your deductible cost which would in turn raise your daily rental rate. In the event of an accident, we file insurance claims directly with Rider Share on your behalf.

How To Book

It is simple! After you have created an account with Rider Share. Select one of our bikes, a time frame you plan to rent, a damage waiver option, and then request a booking. Every 24 hours you are charged for 1 day.  We will confirm your motorcycle rental within 48hrs. When you pick the bike up we both go over any prior damage and mileage. Once you’ve been checked in you get the keys and enjoy the ride!

Discounts

You can get discounts on your daily rental rate simply by renting for multiple days. It is pretty simple, the longer you rent our motorcycles the steeper discount you will receive. So to get the best bang for the buck we suggest renting for more than three days. After all we all could use a weekend get away.
